The property is heavily wooded and feels like a forest even though only minutes from I-5. Woodland is located 30 minutes north of Portland and 2.5 hours south of Seattle.

Please be aware that there is no running water. You will need to bring your own supply. While we love 'em, please understand that for many reasons, dogs are not allowed.
The grounds are not lit, so please have a flashlight to navigate the paths at night.
